شروط الاستخدام — سَلِّس (SALYSS)

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام موقع salyss.com ومنصة سَلِّس على app.salyss.com وأدوات الربط سَلِّس كونكت (SALYSS Connect)، المقدمة من سَلِّس (SALYSS) في جمهورية مصر العربية. بإنشاء حساب أو ربط قناة أو استخدام الخدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وتقر بأن لديك صلاحية إلزام النشاط التجاري الذي تمثله.

1. وصف الخدمة

سَلِّس منصة تتيح للأنشطة التجارية ربط واتساب بيزنس وماسنجر وإنستجرام وتليجرام، واستقبال الرسائل والرد عليها من صندوق وارد موحّد، وإدارة جهات الاتصال والفريق والحملات، وحلولًا جاهزة مثل عقار سَلِّس ومتجر سَلِّس. تختلف الوظائف المتاحة حسب الخطة وموافقة المنصات الخارجية.

2. الحساب ومساحة العمل

  • يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور.
  • مالك مساحة العمل مسؤول عن الأعضاء الذين يدعوهم والأدوار التي يمنحها لهم وعن كل نشاط داخل المساحة.
  • لا يجوز ربط صفحة أو حساب أو رقم أو بوت لا تملك حق إدارته.

3. التفويض للمنصات الخارجية

عند ربط قناة، تفوّض سَلِّس في استخدام الصلاحيات التي توافق عليها فقط لتنفيذ ما تطلبه: عرض الأصول المتاحة، واستقبال الرسائل والتعليقات، وإرسال ردود فريقك، وإدارة قوالب الرسائل. يمكنك سحب التفويض في أي وقت بفصل القناة أو إزالة التطبيق من إعدادات فيسبوك.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

تلتزم بـ سياسة واتساب للأعمال وشروط منصة Meta وشروط تليجرام. ويُحظر استخدام الخدمة في:

  • إرسال رسائل عشوائية أو غير مطلوبة، أو مراسلة أشخاص لم يوافقوا على التواصل، أو التحايل على نافذة الـ24 ساعة أو سياسات القوالب.
  • محتوى غير قانوني أو مضلل أو احتيالي أو منتهك لحقوق الغير.
  • الوصول إلى بيانات أو حسابات دون تصريح، أو محاولة تجاوز العزل بين مساحات العمل أو حدود الاستخدام.
  • بيع بيانات المنصات أو استخدامها خارج الغرض المصرح به.
  • تحميل برمجيات خبيثة أو تعطيل الخدمة أو اختبارها أمنيًا دون إذن كتابي.

5. مسؤوليتك عن المحتوى والعملاء

أنت المسؤول عن الرسائل التي يرسلها فريقك وعن الحصول على موافقة عملائك على التواصل معهم، وعن إشعارهم بمعالجة بياناتهم وفق القانون المطبق.

6. الرسوم

تبدأ الخدمة بفترة تجريبية مجانية، ثم تُطبق رسوم الخطة المختارة كما تظهر في صفحة الأسعار أو العقد. رسوم محادثات واتساب التي تفرضها Meta وميزانيات الإعلانات مستقلة عن رسوم سَلِّس ويتحملها العميل ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك.

7. المنصات الخارجية

لا تملك سَلِّس منصات Meta أو واتساب أو تليجرام، ولا تضمن استمرار واجهاتها أو صلاحياتها أو أسعارها. لا نتحمل مسؤولية قرار تعليق أو تقييد أو رفض صادر عن منصة خارجية، لكننا سنساعد في تشخيص المشكلة قدر الإمكان.

8. البيانات والملكية الفكرية

تظل بياناتك ومحتواك ملكًا لك، وتمنح سَلِّس ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجتها بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، وفق سياسة الخصوصية. تظل المنصة والكود والتصميم والعلامة التجارية ملكًا لسَلِّس، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة بيعها دون موافقة كتابية.

9. التوفر والتغييرات

نسعى لتشغيل موثوق، لكن الخدمة تُقدَّم «كما هي» دون ضمان لعدم الانقطاع. قد نجري صيانة أو تحديثات لازمة للأمان أو للتوافق مع المنصات الخارجية، وسنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عندما يكون ذلك ممكنًا.

10. التعليق والإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة أو تقييدها عند عدم السداد أو وجود خطر أمني أو مخالفة هذه الشروط أو سياسات المنصات. يمكنك إنهاء الاستخدام في أي وقت بفصل قنواتك وطلب حذف حسابك، وتُعالج البيانات بعد ذلك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

11. حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تضمن سَلِّس نتيجة تسويقية أو مبيعات محددة، ولا تكون مسؤولة عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو الأرباح الفائتة أو ما ينتج عن فعل العميل أو منصة خارجية أو قوة قاهرة. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعه العميل خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.

12. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم القاهرة بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Terms of Service — SALYSS

Effective date: 26 October 2026

These terms govern the use of salyss.com, the SALYSS platform at app.salyss.com and the SALYSS Connect integration tools, provided by SALYSS (سَلِّس) in the Arab Republic of Egypt. By creating an account, connecting a channel or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to bind the business you represent.

1. The service

SALYSS lets businesses connect WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram, receive and answer messages from a unified inbox, manage contacts, teams and campaigns, and use ready-made solutions such as SALYSS Realty and SALYSS Store. Available features depend on the plan and on approval by third-party platforms.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. The workspace owner is responsible for the members they invite, the roles they grant and all activity in the workspace. Do not connect any Page, account, number or bot you are not authorized to manage.

3. Authorization for third-party platforms

When you connect a channel, you authorize SALYSS to use the permissions you grant only to do what you ask: list available assets, receive messages and comments, send your team’s replies and manage message templates. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the channel or removing the app in your Facebook settings.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy, the Meta Platform Terms and the Telegram Terms. You may not use the service for spam or unsolicited messages, messaging people who have not opted in, or circumventing the 24-hour window or template policies; for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or infringing content; for unauthorized access or attempts to bypass workspace isolation or usage limits; for selling platform data or using it beyond the authorized purpose; or for uploading malware, disrupting the service or security testing without written permission.

5. Your content and your customers

You are responsible for the messages your team sends, for obtaining your customers’ consent to be contacted, and for informing them about the processing of their data under applicable law.

6. Fees

The service starts with a free trial, after which the fees of the chosen plan apply as shown on the pricing page or in your agreement. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta and advertising budgets are separate from SALYSS fees and are paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

7. Third-party platforms

SALYSS does not own Meta, WhatsApp or Telegram and does not guarantee the continuity of their APIs, permissions or prices. We are not responsible for suspensions, restrictions or rejections decided by a third-party platform, but we will help diagnose issues where we can.

8. Data and intellectual property

Your data and content remain yours; you grant SALYSS a limited licence to process them as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The platform, code, design and brand remain the property of SALYSS and may not be copied or resold without written consent.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable operation, but the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates needed for security or compatibility with third-party platforms and will notify you of material changes where practical.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict the service for non-payment, security risk, or breach of these terms or of platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your channels and requesting account deletion; data is then handled under the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SALYSS does not guarantee any marketing or sales result and is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or outcomes caused by the customer, a third-party platform or force majeure. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
