These Terms of Service govern your use of SALYSS, including SALYSS Connect and its integrations with supported third-party services.

By accessing or using SALYSS, you agree to these Terms.

1. SALYSS Services

SALYSS provides software and digital tools designed to support business operations, workflows, information management, integrations, and related services.

SALYSS Connect enables authorized users to connect supported third-party services, including Google services, to SALYSS.

Features may change, expand, or be discontinued as the platform develops.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

Users must provide accurate information and must not permit unauthorized persons to access their accounts.

3. Third-Party Connections

SALYSS Connect may allow users to authorize access to third-party services.

Connecting a third-party account does not transfer ownership of that account or its content to SALYSS.

Users control which supported accounts and files they authorize SALYSS Connect to access.

Users may revoke third-party authorization where supported by SALYSS or through the applicable third-party service.

4. Google Services

When users connect a Google account, authorization is performed using Google’s OAuth system.

SALYSS Connect will request only permissions required for the relevant SALYSS functionality.

Where the Google Drive drive.file permission is used, SALYSS Connect is limited to the specific files the user selects, opens, or creates through the application.

The use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms, policies, and user agreements.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of files, documents, information, and other content they submit or authorize SALYSS to process.

Users grant SALYSS the limited rights necessary to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

SALYSS does not obtain ownership of users’ Google Drive files merely because those files are connected to the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not use SALYSS to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Access information without authorization.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute malware or malicious content.
• Attempt to bypass security controls.
• Interfere with the operation of SALYSS or third-party services.
• Misuse Google APIs or other connected services.

7. Availability

We work to maintain reliable operation of SALYSS, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Security

Users must take reasonable steps to protect their accounts, devices, credentials, and connected services.

Users must promptly notify SALYSS if they reasonably believe their account or authorization has been compromised.

9. Suspension or Termination

SALYSS may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• A violation of these Terms.
• Security risks.
• Fraudulent or unlawful use.
• Abuse of the service.
• A legal or regulatory requirement.

Users may discontinue use of SALYSS or disconnect supported integrations at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

SALYSS is not responsible for the operation, availability, policies, or independent actions of third-party services.

Third-party products remain governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers.

11. Disclaimer

SALYSS is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable and secure services, SALYSS does not guarantee that every feature will always operate without interruption or error.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SALYSS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

SALYSS may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
