Real estate company management system

A real estate developer manages projects, units, customers and instalments for years. How does SALYSS Realty bring that whole cycle into one system, and how does it work at Mithaq Real Estate?

In a real estate development company, the relationship with a customer does not end at signing. That is where a stage begins that can last for years: instalments fall due, receipts are approved, late payments are followed up, and a unit is finally handed over. All of this happens while sales continue on other projects and new customers arrive every day.

That is why a real estate company needs a system that sees the whole cycle, not part of it.

What makes running a real estate company hard?

  • Customers come from everywhere: the website, ads, calls, exhibitions and referrals. If they are not collected in one place, some of them are lost.
  • A unit cannot be sold twice: when a unit’s status changes, the whole sales team must know immediately.
  • Instalments run for years: tracking what is due and overdue across hundreds of contracts does not work in spreadsheets.
  • Sales and finance must match: a receipt collected by a rep has to reach finance and be approved, not stay in a notebook.
  • The team is in the field: reps on visits, engineers on site, customer care on the phone.

The whole cycle in one system

SALYSS Realty treats the customer journey as one connected path, where each step builds on the one before:

The customer cycle in a real estate developer, from lead to approved collection
The customer cycle in SALYSS Realty: from lead to a receipt approved by accounting.

1. The lead

Every customer who arrives from the website or another source is recorded and assigned to a rep. Nobody waits for a colleague to remember to pass on a number.

2. Follow-up and visit

Each rep has an agenda with calls, appointments and reminders. The manager knows who contacted whom, when, and with what result.

3. Unit reservation

A unit’s status is clear to everyone: available, reserved or sold. Permissions control who sees available and sold units.

4. Contract and instalments

The contract is tied to a payment plan, and each instalment has a due date and a status. Customer care sees who is late and which instalments are coming up, and logs every contact with the buyer.

5. Collection and approval

The receipt is recorded in the system and goes to finance for approval. The system is linked to accounting through SALYSS Accounting Connector, so the same amount is never entered twice.

How does it work at Mithaq Real Estate?

Mithaq Real Estate runs its daily project management on SALYSS Realty. The company website presents the projects and receives requests. Behind it, a dashboard brings together the projects and their status, the available units and the collection summary for each project.

The projects dashboard: each project with its available units, readiness and collection indicators. Financial figures are hidden.

The team works from the SALYSS Business Park app, where screens differ by role: sales sees its customers and agenda, customer care sees late payers, upcoming instalments and receipts, and finance sees what is waiting for approval. Employees also record attendance from the same app.

What actually changes?

The most important change is not the number of screens. It is the questions that now have an immediate answer: which customers has nobody contacted? Which units are available in this project right now? Who is late on payment, and when were they last contacted? How many receipts are waiting for finance approval?

When those answers are in one place, management moves from chasing information to making decisions.

How do we start with a real estate company?

We start by understanding how the company works today: where customers come from, how they are assigned, how payment plans work, and who approves collections. Then we pick the most urgent part and start there, usually lead follow-up or collections, and add the rest in stages.
